Weather Creates Many Potholes

You might think mid-40s temperatures in the middle of February are a good thing… until your car slams into a pothole. Hear Jennifer Mace of the Indiana Department of Transportation talk about how the weather has been hard on roads. Mace says every time the ground freezes then thaws again, more potholes form.
