Capt. Fiscus Returns Home

A solemn ceremony last night at Indianapolis International Airport, as three flag-draped caskets arrived. Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman was one of several dignitaries who attended repatriate ceremonies, as the bodies of Captain Michael Todd Fiscus and two other members of the Indiana National Guard arrived from Afghanistan.
