Dual Crashes Tie Up U.S. 31

Two similar crashes within a few miles of each other tied up traffic on U-S 31 in southern Miami County and Northern Howard County yesterday. In each crash, a car ran into the back of a stopped semi trailer and ended up underneath it. Injuries were minor in the first crash but critical in the second one.
