Hearing Tonight on N. Manchester License Branch

Officials from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hear citizen opinions tonight on the B-M-V’s plans to close the North Manchester license branch. The B-M-V holds a public hearing at the branch at seven p.m. But the Bureau’s director says he’s already decided to close the branch at the end of the business day Saturday.
