Bush Touts Education Law During Indy Speech
During a speech yesterday at Indiana Black Expo in Indianapolis, President Bush talked about a new Education Department report that shows a narrowing gap between the test scores of white and black elementary students. Mr. Bush says black voters can thank his “no child left behind” law.
