State Trooper Injured in Interstate 69 Crash

An Indiana State trooper is in fair condition in a Fort Wayne hospital this morning after a car hit the trooper’s squad car on I-69 yesterday. State police say at the time of the crash, Trooper Wes Rowlader was sitting in his squad car on the shoulder of the Interstate, writing a ticket. The collision caused the trooper’s car to roll over. The crash also injured the couple in the other car, both of whom are in their 80s.
