Woman Shot in Wabash

Wabash police are investigating a shooting this morning. According to a news release, police got a call just after 10 o’clock last night to the Paradise Springs Historical Park along the banks of the Wabash River on the southeast side of the downtown area. They arrived to find a woman with a single gunshot wound. Police are not releasing any information about the condition of the victim. They say they recovered a weapon at the scene.
