Flags Lowered for Rehnquist, Katrina Victims
Governor Daniels' office has ordered all state facilities to fly flags at half-staff until September 13, in honor of United States Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Flags will then remain at half-staff until September 20, to honor the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
