Governor's Plan Would Raise Tolls, Improve Highways
A highway improvement plan that the governor’s office released yesterday would increase tolls on the Indiana Toll Road and upgrade sections of U-S 31 between South Bend and Indianapolis. The 10-year-plan would also complete the Heartland Corridor between Fort Wayne and Lafayette.
