Hoosiers Complain about Fuel Price Gouging

Angry Indiana gasoline consumers have sent about 1,500 price-gouging complaints to the state attorney general's office over two days. But Indiana’s fuel price gouging law does not the attorney general to investigate the complaints unless Governor Daniels declares an emergency. The Governor’s press secretary says his staff has not yet discussed declaring such an emergency.
