State Creates New Heating Charity

Governor Daniels says the state has set up a new charity to help needy people pay their heating bills this winter. The governor is encouraging Hoosiers to donate to the new Help Thy Neighbor Heating Fund, which will provide one-time, 200-dollar credit for certain households whose natural gas service has been disconnected.
