BMV Computer Problems Continue

Bureau of Motor Vehicles Commissioner Ronald Stiver says the agency’s computer system still has some problems, about a year after it was installed. Stiver says 80 percent of the problems have been solved, but people who lease their vehicles still have problems completing transactions with self-service terminals or the Internet.
