Daniels Denies Clemency for Condemned Inmate
Gov. Mitch Daniels has denied clemency for a man who is scheduled to be executed tomorrow. Michael Lambert killed a Muncie police officer more than 16 years ago. Daniels did not elaborate on his decision.
