Indy Woman Charged with Dangling Baby over Balcony

An Indianapolis woman faces criminal charges this morning for allegedly dangling her one-year-old son by his ankle from a second-story balcony. Police say it happened during an argument between the woman and her boyfriend. The child was not hurt.
