No Remonstrance Against School Construction

A former Warsaw school board member has failed to meet a deadline to stage a remonstrance against the schools system’s building plan. Cathy Folk had until yesterday afternoon to present the required 100 signatures. She says she had gathered 80 signatures but stopped knocking on doors last weekend in order to care for her horse, which had fallen ill.
