NW Indiana Family Sues Peanut Butter Company

The family of an ill 11-year-old northwestern Indiana girl has sued the manufacturer of peanut butter they claim is responsible for the child’s kidney failure. The family says the child ate peanut butter that had been recalled because of salmonella contamination before they learned of the recall.
