Syracuse Man Skips Sentencing

A Noble County judge has issued a warrant for a Syracuse man who failed to show up yesterday for sentencing in a home improvement scam. The court had already convicted 32-year-old Gary Thornburg of misdemeanor conversion and home improvement fraud.
