Warsaw Crash Critically Injures Jeep Driver

A 26-year-old Warsaw woman suffered serious injuries yesterday, after a three-vehicle crash on State Road 15 at Prairie Street. A helicopter flew Katie Owens to a Fort Wayne hospital, where she was listed in critical condition at last report. Police say Owens was driving a Jeep that was struck by a semi. The collision pushed the jeep into a Ford Contour. Neither the trucker nor the occupants of the Contour were injured. Police say they are still investigating the crash.
