Fake Bomb Forces Courthouse Evacuation

Officials evacuated the Fulton County courthouse in Rochester yesterday after a police officer found what looked like a bomb outside. It turned out to be a fake that was apparently placed as a hoax. The device turned up during the courthouse’s first murder trial in 20 years but police say they don’t know if there’ a connection or if it was just a coincidence.
