Plea Agreement in Warsaw Prostitution Case

Court records indicate that the former owner of a Warsaw massage parlor has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors. The deal calls for the 51-year-old woman to plead guilty to one count of promoting prostitution and three counts of bribery.
