Possible New Botulism Case in Logansport

Reports indicate that at least one more Hoosier has become ill with botulism. Last night, Indiana State Police arranged an emergency relay of botulism medication from Chicago to Logansport Memorial Hospital. Previously, the only Indiana cases of botulism involved a Columbia City couple. No word yet on whether the Logansport case involves contaminated canned meat product.
