Storms Cause Flooding in Area

Overnight thunderstorms caused flooding and other problems, mostly in the northern part of the Q101 area. According to the National Weather Service, flash flooding closed five intersections in northern Kosciusko County around midnight. In Noble County officials reported two feet of water on State Road Nine. Some city streets in Fort Wayne also had that much water on them. Dispatchers say all roads were passable by early this morning. In LaGrange County, a three-foot-diameter tree fell on a house.
