Warsaw Mother Sentenced in Neglect Case

A judge has sentenced a 21-year-old Warsaw woman to a year on probation, for leaving her two babies unattended in a car while she applied for a job. Jodi Phillips had pleaded guilty to felony neglect of a dependent under the terms of a plea agreement.
