Wabash County Deputies to Begin Ticketing Pickup Bed Riders

Wabash County Sheriff Leroy Striker says his officers will begin ticketing people who ride in the beds of pickup trucks. Indiana’s attorney general recently issued an interpretation of the state’s new seat belt law in which he says the law prohibits people from riding in the beds of pickups, where there are no seat belts.
