Prosecutor Issues Intrepretation Regarding Golf Carts

Wabash County Prosecutor William Hartley says it’s illegal to drive a golf cart on public roads – unless the golf cart is registered and displays a plate like a car. The prosecutor issued his interpretation of state law in response to questions and complaints about Wabash County people using golf carts on public roadways.
