Teen Sentenced for Killing South Bend Officer

A teenager who fatally shot an off-duty South Bend police officer during an attempted robbery was sentenced to 65 years in prison yesterday. Nineteen-year-old Jeffrey Finley had pleaded guilty to shooting South Bend police Corporal Scott Severns in April of 2006.
