TSA Officer Goof Closes Indy Airport Concourse

Officials had to close part of the Indianapolis International Airport terminal yesterday, because a Transportation Security Administration officer forgot to put away a training aid. Other officers closed a concourse when they found the vest containing inert training explosives on a conveyor at a security checkpoint.
