Area Counties Added to Federal Flood Aid List

The federal government has extended disaster aid to flood victims in Kosciusko, Whitley and Huntington Counties. Those are three of the 12 counties the feds added to the list yesterday. People in those counties can now get federal help recovering from the flood that began January seventh.
