Fort Wayne Base Could Get New Fighter Jets

Military officials say the Air National Guard base in Fort Wayne could receive new advanced-technology fighter jets. The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter jets would replace the F-16s the base has now, but that wouldn’t happen until six years from now at the earliest.
