Legislators Resolve Impasse on Immigration Bill

Legislation aimed at curbing illegal immigration is now eligible for passage by the Indiana House after legislators resolved a partisan impasse yesterday. Republicans walked off the floor last Thursday in protest after Democrats used a procedural move to prevent Republicans from amending the bill.
