Light Snow Makes Roads Hazardous

The Q101 area received light snow overnight, but it was enough to make roads slippery – even the main roads. Police dispatchers had already received several reports of slide-offs even before the morning commute got underway. Even the National Weather Service reported that a car slid off the road in front of its office in North Webster. Police say the roads were slipperier than they looked and advise drivers to allow extra time and to drive much slower than normal.
