Propety Tax Cap Advances in Senate

Indiana Senate Republicans have advanced their version of a property tax restructuring plan. The Senate Tax Committee passed the bill unanimously yesterday, sending it to the full Senate. The bill would limit homeowner's tax bills to one percent of their homes' values.
