Warsaw Man Faces Charges in ID Theft Case

A 30-year-old Warsaw man faces charges this morning of opening credit card accounts in a Fort Wayne resident’s name and then charging more than 64-thousand dollars in purchases to the cards. The man faces four counts of theft and four counts of fraud
