Agreement Bars Huntington County Dairy Farmer

Huntington County dairy farmer Johannes DeGroot will not operate any livestock facility anywhere in the state for the next 40 years. Under an agreement with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, DeGroot will sell his farm near Andrews. DeGroot has been the focus of investigations into alleged environmental violations.
