Extra Police Patrolling on Saint Patrick's Day

The federally-funded Operation Pull-Over program has state and local police working overtime today. They’ll try to catch people who are driving after too much Saint Patrick’s Day celebrating. On Saint Patrick’s Day last year, 105 drivers were involved in fatal crashes and nearly half had more than the legal amount of alcohol in their bloodstreams.
