Wabash Police Seize Heroin, Arrest Three

Three Wabash area residents face various drug related charges this morning, after an investigation by the Wabash City Drug Task Force that lasted several weeks. Police arrested a 50-year-old rural Wabash County man on charges including aiding in dealing in heroin. They also arrested the man’s 27-year-old son on a felony charge of possession of heroin. The son gave a Wabash address. And police arrested a 20-year-old rural Wabash County woman on a charge of felony possession of heroin. Police say they seized 176 bags of heroin intended for sale in Wabash and Wabash County. They estimate the street value at eight thousand dollars.
