Appeals Court Overtunrs Quadruple Murder Conviction

The Indiana Court of Appeals has overturned the quadruple murder conviction of a South Bend-area man because his trial did not happen soon enough. A jury had convicted 36-year-old Jeffrey Pelley of shooting his father, stepmother and young stepsisters to death in 1989.
