Former Wabash Mayor Gets Homeland Security Job

The Indiana Department of Homeland Security has appointed a former Wabash mayor to the position of Director of its Emergency Response Division. Arvin Copeland was most recently administrative director of the Hamilton County Emergency Management Agency.
