Inmate Dies at Kosciusko County Jail
Indiana State Police reported this afternoon that they are investigating the death yesterday of a Kosciusko County Jail inmate. According to a state police news release, jailers found 30-year-old Quieten Jones unresponsive in his cell yesterday afternoon. He was pronounced dead at the jail. After an autopsy today, the Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office determined the cause of death was asphyxiation due to self inflicted hanging. Jones had been incarcerated for Burglary to a residence.
