Kosciusko, Other Local Governments to get FEMA Aid
Local governments in Kosciusko County and 12 other northern Indiana counties will get federal flood assistance after all. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has reversed an earlier decision and has decided to pay 75% of the cost of repairing flood damage to public property.
