No Death Penalty in IPFW Dorm Killing

A Fort Wayne television station is reporting that the suspect in a recent killing in an I-P-F-W dorm will not face the death penalty if she’s convicted. The prosecutor has reportedly decided not to seek that punishment against the 36-year-old woman who allegedly stabbed her daughter’s roommate to death.
