State to Study Traffic, Speed Limits on S.R. 15

The Indiana Department of Transportation will conduct a traffic study in Kosciusko County on State Road 15, to determine whether posted speed limits should change in Silver Lake. The study is a result of concerns the Silver Lake town marshal and town council have raised about heavy truck traffic going to Louis Dreyfus biodiesel plant.
