Wabash Alloys Agrees to Pay Environmental Penalty
The Environmental Protection Agency says that it has reached an agreement with Wabash Alloys concerning allegations the company violated clean-air regulations at its plant on Old Highway 24 in Wabash. The agreement includes a 10-thousand dollar penalty. Wabash Alloys has certified that it is currently complying with the regulations.
