Fatal Fire Blamed on Careless Smoking

Investigators say someone apparently left hot smoking materials in or near a recliner and that’s what probably started a fire that killed three people in Fort Wayne Sunday. The victims were a 24-year-old woman and her four and five-year-old daughters.
