Indy Father Arrested After Son Kills Daughter

Police have arrested an Indianapolis father whose five-year-old son fatally shot his four-year-old sister with a handgun. A spokesman says the Marion County Prosecutor has not decided what charges to file. Police arrested the 26-year-old father at the girl's funeral yesterday.
