Indy Parents Face Neglect Charges in Death of Infant

Prosecutors in Indianapolis have filed neglect charges against the parents of an 8-month-old girl whom police say had alcohol in her bloodstream when she apparently suffocated on a bedroom floor. The 35-year-old father and 32-year-old mother both face a Class “A” felony charge that carries a prison sentence of 20 to 50 years.
