Juvenile Conspiracy Charges in Columbine-Like Plot

A teenager who allegedly planned a Columbine-style attack at Penn High School in Mishawaka will face a juvenile charge of conspiracy to commit murder during a hearing May 9th. The Saint Joe County Prosecutor says he’ll decide by then whether to charge the boy as an adult.
