Kosciusko Crash Injures North Manchester Woman

A single-vehicle crash in southeastern Kosciusko County seriously injured a North Manchester woman over the weekend. Thirty-year-old Tabitha Blevins was driving a minivan that hit a guardrail on Packerton Road, near County Road 550-South Saturday. A helicopter flew Blevins to a Fort Wayne hospital, where she was listed in serious condition at last report.
