Officials Investigate Death of Warsaw Child Care Client

Warsaw police and caseworkers from child protective services are investigating the death of a 13-week-old child. Police announced yesterday that the child had been found unresponsive Wednesday at a Warsaw child care facility. Police did not identify the facility in their release. E-M-S transferred the child to a Fort Wayne hospital, where she died yesterday. Police say the case does not look suspicious at this time, but an autopsy will confirm the cause of death.
