Schellinger Wants Flat Tax on Gasoline

Jim Schellinger says as the price of gasoline goes up, the state sales tax on the fuel should not go up with it. The democratic candidate for governor says he would support a change in the way the state collects sales taxes on gasoline. Opponent Jill Long Thompson, calls Schellinger's plan "an act of desperation" that voters will see through.
